Backhouse Foods

Loren Powell started Backhouse Foods in November of 2016 in her backhouse kitchen with her great-grandmother Nana's famous hot fudge sauce recipe. In less than six weeks she sold over 1,000 jars! Since then they've moved from the backhouse to a commercial space and expanded the line to six delicious dessert toppings. Their brand is based on superior products, beautiful packaging and personalized customer service. Each small batch is stirred, poured and packaged by hand in Memphis, Tennessee. Their attention to every detail of production is a tribute to Nana and the authors of all our special family recipes.
